Granny Feel goods

Granny Feel goods MIAMI The restaurant - a downtown mainstay for years - is famous for its healthy cuisine, featuring vegetarian, fat-free and low-fat fare, along with interesting daily specials. Try the soup of the day and a salad or an omelet and a smoothie. Though there is no red meat on the menu, even the most dedicated carnivore is sure to be satisfied. Choose from chicken, seafood, vegetable dishes or pasta served up in the most imaginative ways. The low prices and relaxed, upbeat environment make this a lunchtime favorite, particularly among the executive set.

Granny feel goods has been in business since 1971. Serving the community for 25years in the various locations in the downtown Miami area. The food there is great and the service is excellent treat you with real respect and are happy to serve to for over 25years.

Located near the Courthouse, The Metro Center, The County Offices, The Federal Building and many other downtown office complexes as well as being on the main street of Downtown Miami's Flagler Street, you can see why this is the perfect place for a business lunch as well as any other reason for enjoying a good healthy meal on any day of the week.

If your looking for a good place to go and eat in Miami, granny feel goods is the place, with great service and great food its one of the highest rating restaurants in Miami with plenty of delicious food, drinks, deserts, alcoholic beverages, Breakfast, lunch, Dinner and more.

In the mornings you can get the very best soy pancakes served with fresh fruit and warm maple syrup from Vermont, along with omelets of your choice, whether with real eggs, egg whites or eggbeaters, filled with many varieties of goodies to fill you up until it's time for lunch... It's up to you......... The pancakes are $4.95 plain and a $1.00 extra topped with fresh fruit. The omelets start at $2.95.

The regular lunch menu has such many varied selections. Do you love chicken? Gourmet chicken main courses are prepared in quite a few ways....Such as, Parmesan, served with pasta, Teriyaki with brown rice and vegetables and there is even a jerk chicken dish that is a favorite with the regulars or, chicken just grilled, served with basmati rice prepared with currents, and of course, fresh, steamed vegetables served with most of the entrees......... Priced from $6.95 to $7.95.

For a taste of Mexico there are two more of my favorites menu items, nachos supreme, prepared with vegetarian refried beans , homemade guacamole, light sour cream, topped with melted cheddar, and an incredible chimichanga with the same toppings, both at $6.50. For $2.00 extra you can get these topped also with chicken strips or tofu for the heartier eater.

Sandwiches are especially rewarding, and there are plenty to pick to choose from -- wraps; patinas on grilled ciabatta bread; char grilled tofu, chicken, or fish; and a dozen more typical types like tuna melt, sliced turkey, BLT with "low- sodium bacon" (gee, that must be healthy), and chunky chicken salad robustly flavored with "no cholesterol" herbal mayonnaise, raisins, apple bits, and a hint of cinnamon. Salad standards such as Greek and Caesar are satisfying too, and bountiful enough for two to share.

So come on down to Granny Feelgoods and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy, some of the best that Miami has to offer and you will be amazed and come back wanting more food.
